Return Policy

We do not give Return Merchandise Authorizations over the phone.

 

We will issue the Return Authorization based on the following reasons:

 

1. Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, you must complete our Return Merchandise Authorization Form and obtain a Return authorization Number. Please write down the RMA number on the box.

There will be no additional charges for shipping and handling for replacement shipments.

2. Exchanges. In the event that we make a mistake in your order, you must complete our Return Merchandize Authorization Form and obtain Return Authorization Number. Please write down the RMA number on the box.

There will be no additional charges for shipping and handling for exchange shipments resulting from our mistake.

3. Customer Return. Any item (except electrical, electronic and ignition items) can be return within 20 days of the receipt of your order. All items must be return in original OEM packaging, without any visible wear and tear.

There will be 30% restocking fee and shipping charges subtracted from the original amount of the invoice.

Customer can request full in-store credit less the shipping charges for the order.

Absolutely no returns on electrical, electronic and ignition items.

Please write down the RMA number on the box.

1. Returns without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

2. Please use insured carrier when returning the product. East Marine LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns).

3. Please use delivery confirmation service, so you could track your shipment. 

4. Once we received your items please allow 4-6 days for return to be processed, 10-14 days for international returns.
