How We Process the Order

After you submit your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation with the order number and order details.

 
If there are any issues about your order that need to be resolved we will contact you, otherwise, we will begin working on your order.
 
You may contact us with questions about your order by phone, email, fax of Skype.
 
We classify all orders into 3 categories:
1. All parts in stock - All parts that are in stock in the Florida warehouse we will ship on the Same Business Day if received by 1 pm EST or the Next Business Day if received after 1 pm EST. Or once we receive them from the manufacturer warehouse in TX if they are not available in our local FL warehouse
2. Special Order and Back Order- Parts on the order from the manufacturer. Sometimes the part you ordered is on the backorder from the Manufacturer. You will be charged for the Back Ordered part on the same basis as the available parts. We will ship your part as soon as it becomes available from the Manufacturer.
 
You will have the chance to cancel your Back Ordered part(s) anytime.
Credit/Debit card name and address must match the customer name and shipping and billing addresses. Signature confirmation is required on all packages over $100
 
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail notification with the order status and tracking information.
